摘　　要：目的 分析延期妊娠引产中应用葡萄糖酸钙联合COOK球囊及缩宫素的效果。方法 选取本院2021年2月—2022年8月住院延期妊娠孕妇,以宫颈Bishop评分<6分的80例孕妇为研究对象,按照电脑双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中,对照组应用COOK球囊+点滴缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上加用10%葡萄糖酸钙,比对两组的干预效果。结果 观察组引产成功率、阴道分娩率相比对照组显著更高,观察组产程时间、产后2 h和24 h出血量均少于对照组,观察组宫缩乏力、胎儿窘迫的发生率与对照组相比明显更低,上述两组数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生儿Apgar 1 min、5 min的评分相较两组差异不大,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在延期妊娠孕妇引产中应用COOK球囊及点滴缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙的效果理想,可有效提高引产成功率及引导分娩率,缩短产程,减少产后出血量,以此改善母婴结局,值得推广。Objective To study and analyze the effect of using calcium gluconate combined with COOK balloon and oxytocin in induced abortion of delayed pregnancy.Methods During the period of February 2021 to August 2022,80 pregnant women with delayed pregnancy who were hospitalized in our hospital and had a Bishop score of less than 6 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases) using a computer double-blind method,and induced labor with COOK balloon and oxytocin drip.The observation group (40 cases) received 10% calcium gluconate in addition to the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of induced labor and vaginal delivery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The duration of labor,2-hour and 24-hour postpartum bleeding in the observation group were all less than those in the control group.The incidence of uterine atony and fetal distress in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The data from both groups were statistically significant,(P<0.05),The difference in Apgar scores for newborns at 1 minute and 5 minutes between the two groups is not significant and does not have statistical significance,(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of COOK balloon and drip oxytocin combined with calcium gluconate in induced abortion of pregnant women with delayed pregnancy is ideal,which can effectively improve the success rate of induced abortion and guide delivery,shorten the labor process,reduce postpartum bleeding,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.It is worth promoting.
