摘　　要：目的 分析血液透析滤过(hemodiafiltration,HDF)对糖尿病肾病患者(diabetic nephropathy,DN)肾功能改善意义。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月在本科接受治疗的50例DN患者,依据Excel函数随机分组原则将其划分至A组(25例)与B组(25例),分别实施血液透析(Hemodialysis,HD)与HDF疗法,并开展12周的临床研究工作,重点对比组间患者的肾功能改善情况。结果 经对比,两组患者肾功能、营养有关指标及炎性因子指标测定结果均有所改善,但B组患者以上指标测定结果更为理想(P<0.05)。结论 相对而言,HDF疗法对规避DN患者肾功能持续减退更为有利,也有助于减轻机体炎性反应,使患者更为受益。Objective To analyze the significance of hemodiafiltration(HDF) in improving renal function in diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods Fifty DN patients who received treatment in our department from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into Group A(25 cases) and Group B(25 cases) according to the Excel function randomization principle.They were treated with hemodialysis(HD) and HDF therapy,respectively,and a 12 week clinical study was conducted to compare the improvement of renal function between the groups.Results After comparison,the renal function,nutrition related indicators,and inflammatory factor indicators of the two groups of patients showed improvement,but the measurement results of the above indicators in group B were more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion Relatively speaking,HDF therapy is more beneficial for avoiding the continuous decline of renal function in DN patients,as well as reducing inflammatory reactions in the body,which benefits patients more.
