疏风解毒汤联合皮内针治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨疏风解毒汤联合皮内针治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取安庆市中医医院2020年10月—2021年10月收治的符合条件的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例患者。其中,对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组实施疏风解毒汤联合皮内针治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后指标变化情况。结果 治疗后,与对照相比,观察组的炎症因子水平、总有效率更优,疼痛程度评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者通过采用疏风解毒汤与皮内针疗法,能够有效缓解疼痛,并对炎症因子的释放产生抑制作用,从而提升治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Shufeng Jiedu decoction combined with intradermal acupuncture on the pain level of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 74 eligible patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Anqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,37 patients were treated with conventional Western medicine as the control group,and 37 patients were treated with Shufeng Jiedu decoction combined with intradermal needle as the observation group.Pre-and post-treatment markers were assessed.Results After treatment,compared with the control,the level of inflammatory factors,the total effective rate and the pain level of the observation group were lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with postherpetic neuralgia can reduce pain,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,and improve the treatment effect by using Shufeng Jiedu decoction combined with intradermal needle.
