金玄痔科熏洗散联合龙珠软膏在肛瘘术后应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察金玄痔科熏洗散联合龙珠软膏应用于肛瘘术后的临床效果和预后。方法 选取本院结直肠肛门外科于2020年1月—2021年6月收治的低位单纯性肛瘘患者104例,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组52例。两组患者均正常进行了肛瘘内口探查、肛瘘切除手术,术后治疗组使用金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴,创面应用龙珠软膏,对照组术后使用高锰酸钾坐浴,创面应用甘油纱布,对比两组术后总有效率、出血和疼痛消失时间、满意度、创面愈合时间。结果 两组治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的出血和疼痛消失时间、满意度、创面愈合时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肛瘘患者术后应用金玄痔科熏洗散和龙珠软膏能有效减轻患者术后出血和疼痛,能显著缩短创面愈合时间,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe clinical application effect and prognosis of Jinxuan Zhike fumigation and washing powder combined with tubocapsicum anomalum ointment in treatment of anal fistula surgery.Methods The paper chose 104 patients with low simple anal fistula in our colorectal and anal surgery department from January 2020 to June 2021,and divided them into two groups of the treatment group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with normal examination of the anal fistula opening and anal fistula resection surgery.After surgery,the treatment group was treated with sitz bath of Jinxuan Zhike fumigation and washing powder and tubocapsicum anomalum ointment on the wound,while the control group with potassium permanganate sitz bath and glycerin gauze on the wound.Total effective rate,bleeding and pain disappearance time,satisfaction degree and wound healing time as compared between two groups after surgery.Results Total treatment effective rate of two groups was similar,with no statistical significance (P>0.05).The treatment group showed significant improvements in bleeding and pain resolution time,satisfaction degree and wound healing time than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative application of Jinxuan Zhike fumigation and washing powder and tubocapsicum anomalum ointment can reduce postoperative bleeding and pains effectively,shorten wound healing time and improve satisfaction degree of anal fistula patients significantly.
