摘　　要：目的 观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年11月本院收治的60例高血压患者作为对象展开回顾性分析,所有患者均采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。比较治疗前后的24 h动态血压水平、生活质量评分(EORTC-QLQ-C30)、肾功能指标、血脂指标。结果 患者治疗后,24 h动态血压水平显著下降,各项生活质量评分明显提高,肾功能指标及血脂指标明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片在治疗高血压方面具有降压效果显著、持续时间稳定、适用范围广泛、能改善心血管功能、预防并发症等优势,对于高血压患者的长期管理和心血管健康具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To observe clinical application value of levamlodipine besylate tablets in treatment of hypertension.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2023,treated with amlodipine besylate tablets.24-hour dynamic blood pressure levels,life quality scores (EORTC-QLQ-C30),renal function indicators and blood lipid indicators were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,24-hour dynamic blood pressure level of patients significantly decreased,various life quality scores,renal function indicators and blood lipid indicators improved significantly,(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets can achieve advantages of significant antihypertensive effect,stable duration,cardiovascular function improvement,complications prevention and wide applicability for hypertension,which have important clinical application value for long-term management and cardiovascular health of hypertensive patients.
