氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗大学生肥胖型高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨采用氨氯地平和二甲双胍进行联合治疗,对肥胖型高血压大学生患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年1月吉林心脏病医院收治的40例有肥胖型高血压的患者为研究对象,患者均为大学生,使用双色球法均分为两组,每组20例。其中,对照组使用氨氯地平治疗,观察组使用氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平和肥胖指标改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组血压测量指标数值比对照组更接近正常水平,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组腰腿比(WHR)和身体质量指数(BMI)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论 对肥胖型高血压的大学生患者应用氨氯地平和二甲双胍联合治疗,比单一用药对患者的血压改善效果更佳,改善肥胖指标,进一步促进BMI恢复正常,且联合用药的不良反应发生率较低,用药安全性高。Objective To Exploring the clinical efficacy of combining amlodipine and metformin in the treatment of obese hypertensive college students..Methods 40 obese hypertension patients of college students admitted to Jilin Heart Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using double chromospheres,with 20 patients in each group..The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with metformin.The improvement of blood pressure levels and obesity indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressure level in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000);the waist-leg ratio (WHR) and body mass index (BMI) were lower than the observation group (P=0.000).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.0%,lower than 40.0% in the control group,which was statistically significant (P=0.028).Conclusion The combination therapy of amlodipine and metformin is more effective in improving blood pressure,improving obesity indicators,and further promoting the recovery of BMI in obese college students with hypertension.The incidence of adverse reactions is lower and the safety of the combination therapy is higher than that of single therapy.
