临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素研究

摘　　要：目的 在临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中,对影响检验结果准确性的因素进行观察与分析。方法 收集本院2022年8月—2023年9月所接诊186例患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行临床血液生化检验,观察其血液检验结果的准确性情况,并分析影响检验结果准确性的因素。结果 本研究186例患者均进行临床血液生化检验,158例血液生化检验结果准确,准确率为84.95%(158/186)。28例血液生化检验结果不准确,不准确率为15.05%(28/186);其中,有18例是由于标本采集因素所致,所占比重为9.68%;4例是由于抗凝剂使用因素所致,所占比重为2.15%;3例是由于标本保存因素所致,所占比重为1.61%;3例是由于患者自身因素所致,所占比重为1.61%。结论 在临床血液生化检验过程中,如标本采集、抗凝剂、标本保存及患者自身等因素均可能影响检验结果的准确性,因此需积极采取切实有效的措施,以最大限度减少或避免相关因素所带来的负面影响,确保检验结果的客观性与准确性。Objective To observe and analyze the factors affecting the accuracy of the test results during the analysis of clinical blood biochemical test specimens.Methods 186 patients from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects for clinical blood biochemical test to observe the accuracy of the blood test results,and the factors affecting the accuracy of the test results were analyzed.Results For all 186 patients in this study,The results of 158 blood biochemical tests were accurate,The accuracy rate was 84.95% (158/186);28 blood biochemical tests,The rejection rate is 15.05% (28/186);Inaccurate test results in 28 patients,among,In 18 cases,due to specimen collection factors,It was mainly improper specimen collection and the hemolysis accounted for 9.68%;The four cases,due to excessive or small amount of specimens collected with anticoagulants,For 2.15%;In 3 cases,due to specimen preservation factors,Accounted for 1.61%;3 were due to the patient's own factors,The proportion accounted for 1.61%.Conclusion in the process of clinical blood biochemical test,such as specimen collection,anticoagulant,specimen preservation and patients own factors may affect the accuracy of the test results,so need to actively take effective measures to minimize or avoid the negative impact of related factors,to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the test results.
