微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果。方法 将2023年1月—2024年3月在本院治疗的80例股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中,对照组使用解剖型锁定接骨板(PF-LCP)治疗,观察组使用微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗,对比手术及恢复指标、并发症、髋关节功能。结果 观察组各项手术及恢复指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染、髋内翻、内固定失败、骨折延迟愈合等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月、6个月的HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果更好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods From January 2023 to March 2024,80 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anatomical locking plate (PF-LCP),and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive proximal femoral nail (PFNA).The operation and recovery index,complications and hip joint function were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter (P<0.05).The incidence of infection,coxa varus,internal fixation failure and delayed union of fracture in the observation group was lower (P<0.05).The HSS scores of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after operation were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA has a better clinical effect in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
