浅谈全科医生的外科培养

摘　　要：全科医学是面向家庭与社区的一门综合性医学学科。全科医生的培养目标是为基层培养能够独立开展全科医疗工作的合格全科医生。该研究探讨了外科相关理论知识和临床技能在全科医生培养体系中的重要性。深入了解我国基层医疗机构对全科医生现实需求,结合多年从事全科医师教学的经验,总结出“外科三会”这一培养要求,从而提高全科医生的培养效率,促进全科医生培养体系发展。General medicine is a comprehensive medical discipline that caters to the healthcare needs of families and communities.The primary objective of general practitioner training is to produce competent professionals who can independently provide general medical services at the grassroots level.This paper aims to emphasize the significance of surgical knowledge and clinical skills in the training curriculum for general practitioners.By gaining an in-depth understanding of the practical requirements of grass-roots medical institutions in China,coupled with years of experience teaching aspiring general practitioners,the author has summarized a training requirement,"ability to deal with three types of surgical disorders",aimed at enhancing efficiency and promoting development within the field.
