摘  要:该研究探讨了医学人才跨国流动的新趋势以及国际专业认证在提升教育质量中的重要作用。以神经物理治疗学课程为例,分析了当前课程存在的问题,如实践应用少、道德教育弱、沟通技巧缺、循证能力低、团队合作少、反思学习浅、质控领导力差等。基于世界物理治疗联盟(WP)国际认证的标准,提出了神经物理治疗学课程的改革方案,旨在通过增实践、重道德、优沟通、提循证、促合作、育反思领导力等举措,培养符合国际认证标准的复合型人才。通过课程改革,学生将具备实战技能、高效沟通、批判思维、团队适应能力和领导潜能,为未来的职业生涯奠定坚实基础。This paper discusses the new trend of cross-border mobility of medical talents and the important role of international professional accreditation in improving the quality of education.Taking the neurophysical therapy course as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the current curriculum,such as lack of practical application,weak moral education,lack of communication skills,low evidence-based ability,lack of teamwork,shallow reflective learning,and poor-quality control leadership.Based on the international accreditation standards of the World Physiotherapy (WP),this paper proposes a reform plan for the neurophysiotherapy curriculum,aiming to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who meet the international accreditation standards by increasing practice,emphasizing ethics,improving communication,improving evidence-based,promoting cooperation,and cultivating reflective leadership.Through the curriculum reform,students will be equipped with practical skills,effective communication,critical thinking,team adaptability and leadership potential,laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
