人文护理应用于自杀自伤性药物中毒患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨对自杀自伤性药物中毒患者开展人文护理的有效性,并研究其临床价值。方法 选择2023年3月—2024年8月本院收治的60例自杀自伤性药物中毒患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,开展常规护理)、观察组(n=30,加用人文护理),探讨不同组别间患者在心理状态、血气指标、康复情况、患者家属对护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组心理评分、血气指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、动脉血二氧化碳分压指标低于对照组,但是动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度高于对照组,观察组的意识恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文护理应用于实施自杀自伤性药物中毒患者,可改善其心理状态和血气指标,提升患者家属对护理的满意度,加快患者意识恢复。Objective To explore the effectiveness of humanistic nursing for patients with suicidal self injurious drug poisoning and study its clinical value.Methods Sixty patients with suicidal self injurious drug poisoning admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (n=30,receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (n=30,receiving additional humanistic nursing) according to a random number table method.The study explored the psychological status,blood gas indicators,rehabilitation status,and patient family satisfaction with nursing care among patients in different groups.Results Comparison of psychological scores,and blood gas indicators between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores,as well as arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure indicators,were lower in the observation group than in the control group.However,arterial blood oxygen pressure and arterial blood oxygen saturation were higher in the observation group than in the control group.The recovery time of consciousness in the observation group was shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group nursing was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 73.33% (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing in patients with suicidal self injurious drug poisoning can improve their psychological state and blood gas indicators,enhance the satisfaction of patients' families with nursing,accelerate consciousness recovery.
