口腔义齿种植修复患者中人文关怀的应用及对口腔相关知识知晓率的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析口腔义齿种植修复患者中人文关怀的应用及对口腔相关知识知晓率的影响。方法 选取2021年1月1日—2023年12月31日在本院实施口腔义齿种植修复的113例患者作为试验对象,按照黑白球盲摸的方式创建对照组(56例)和观察组(57例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于人文关怀理念护理。对两组护理干预期间相关指标进行整理,并完成组间对比分析。结果 护理前,两组患者对口腔相关知识的各项掌握评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者相关评分均提升,且观察组明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于人文关怀理念对口腔义齿种植修复患者实施管理可极大程度提升患者对口腔相关知识的掌握程度,规避相关并发症出现,提升种植成功率,应予以重视,在临床相关护理工作开展期间积极落实。Objective To analyze the help of implementing management based on the concept of humanistic care for patients undergoing dental implant restoration in improving their awareness of oral related knowledge.Methods From January 1,2021 to December 31,2023,113 patients who underwent dental implant restoration were selected as the experimental subjects.A control group and an observation group were created using a black and white ball blind touch method,corresponding to 56 patients receiving routine care and 57 patients receiving humanistic care.Organize the relevant effect indicators during the two nursing interventions and complete the inter group comparative analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of oral related knowledge mastery between the two groups of patients before nursing,with P>0.05;After nursing,the relevant scores of both groups of patients improved,but the observation group had the highest score,with P<0.05.In the statistics of the total incidence of complications,the observation group had the lowest rate,and compared with the control group,P<0.05.In the statistics of successful planting,the observed composition had the highest power,and compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Based on the concept of humanistic care,the management of patients undergoing dental implant restoration can greatly improve their mastery of oral related knowledge,avoid the occurrence of related complications,and enhance the success rate.It should be taken seriously and actively implemented during the clinical nursing work.
