摘　　要：目的 探讨医护一体化诊疗护理模式的构建在肛周疾病合并艾滋病患者中的应用效果。方法 本次研究采取简单随机抽样,选取合肥市第二人民医院2020年12月—2024年10月收治的46例符合入选条件的患者,根据入院日期(单双号)进行分组,双数日期记为对照组(传统护理模式),单数日期记为观察组(在对照组基础上联合医护一体化诊疗护理模式),每组23例。观察两组患者异常结果反馈、处理时间、患者住院天数、患者满意度。结果 观察组异常结果反馈时间、异常结果处理时间以及平均住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过构建医护一体化诊疗护理模式,缩短肛周疾病合并AIDS患者的异常结果反馈、处理时间及住院时间,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the construction of medical and nursing integrated diagnosis,treatment and nursing model in patients with perianal diseases and AIDS.Methods In this study,simple random sampling was adopted to select 46 patients who met the enrollment conditions in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei City from December 2020 to October 2024,and they were grouped according to the date of admission (single and double numbers),with the even-numbered date being recorded as the control group (traditional care model) and the odd-numbered date being recorded as the observation group (joint medical and nursing integration diagnosis and care model on the basis of the control group),with 23 cases in each group.Observe the feedback and processing time of abnormal results,the number of days of hospitalization,and the degree of satisfaction of the patients in the two groups.Results The feedback time for abnormal results,the processing time for abnormal results,and the average hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion By constructing an integrated medical and nursing model,the feedback,processing time,and hospitalization time of abnormal results in patients with perianal diseases complicated with AIDS can be shortened,and patient satisfaction can be improved.
