情志调理联合常规护理干预对老年糖尿病遵医行为依从性和血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的 评估情志调理联合常规护理干预对老年糖尿病遵医行为依从性和血糖的影响。方法 选择2021年8月—2023年8月本院收入的86例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为联合组和参照组,每组43例患者。其中,联合组在开展常规护理的前提下,联用情志调理,参照组仅实行常规护理,比较组间的遵医行为依从性与血糖水平等指标。结果 联合组的遵医行为依从性高于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组护理后的血糖水平低于参照组,负面心理评分低于参照组,心理弹性评分高于参照组,生活质量评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 情志调理联用常规护理可以提升老年糖尿病患者的遵医行为依从性,控制其血糖水平,并能减轻其负面心理,提升其心理弹性以及生活质量,使其积极应对自身疾病。Objective To evaluate the influence of emotional conditioning combined with routine nursing intervention on compliance and blood sugar of elderly diabetes patients with medical compliance Methods 86 elderly diabetes patients with hospital income from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected.Using a random number table for equal distribution,the combined group received emotional regulation in addition to routine nursing care;The reference group only received routine care,and the compliance with medical behavior and blood glucose levels were compared between the groups.Results The compliance of medical behavior in the combined group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the joint group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group,the negative psychological score was lower than that of the reference group,the psychological resilience score was higher than that of the reference group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional conditioning combined with routine nursing can improve the compliance of elderly patients with diabetes,control their blood sugar level,reduce their negative psychology,improve their resilience and quality of life,and enable them to actively cope with their own diseases.
