穴位贴敷联合中医康复护理对保守治疗肋骨骨折症肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析实施穴位贴敷联合中医康复护理对保守治疗肋骨骨折症肢体功能的影响。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年10月本院收治的90例肋骨骨折症患者作为研究对象,并按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例患者。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施穴位贴敷联合中医康复护理。对比两组患者的肢体功能、护理前与护理后的疼痛评分、生活质量。结果 观察组患者的肢体功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的疼痛评分亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将穴位贴敷联合中医康复护理应用于肋骨骨折症患者的保守治疗过程中,可改善肋骨骨折症患者的肢体功能,有效减轻肋骨骨折症患者的疼痛,改善其生活质量,对肋骨骨折症患者的临床护理有重要作用。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on limb function in the conservative treatment of rib fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with rib fracture who were admitted to our hospital in the past 2 years (study interception time:January 2023 to October 2024) were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,which included 45 patients with rib fracture disease.Routine nursing was carried out for the patients with rib fracture in the control group,and acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing was implemented for the patients with rib fracture in the observation group.Specific study indicators included limb function,pain scores before and after nursing,and quality of life of patients with rib fracture in both groups.Results According to the results of the two groups of patients with rib fracture,the limb function index of the patients with rib fracture in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The pain score of the patients with rib fracture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients with rib fracture in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the conservative treatment of patients with rib fracture can improve the limb function of patients with rib fracture,effectively reduce the pain of patients with rib fracture,and improve their quality of life,which plays an important role in the clinical care of patients with rib fracture.
