聚酯织物表面疏水功能涂层的制备与性能

摘  要:为了提升聚酯织物的表面超疏水功能性,采用浸润-固化法对织物进行表面疏水改性整理,对比分析聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、聚二甲基硅氧烷-硬脂酸(PDMS/STA)、聚二甲基硅氧烷-硬脂酸-纳米二氧化硅(PDMS/STA/SiO_(2))改性的涂层织物的微观结构、表面粗糙度,分析PDMS/STA/SiO_(2)改性的涂层织物在摩擦、不同液体和紫外线照射等不同条件下的疏水性。结果表明,聚二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂酸和纳米二氧化硅均成功引入纤维织物表面,并制备出3种改性聚酯纤维织物,改性后织物的水接触角、表面均方根粗糙度明显增大;在磨损周次达到700圈时,PDMS/STA/SiO_(2)改性织物的水接触角和滚动角分别为151°和17°,表明疏水整理织物具有良好的耐磨性;PDMS/STA/SiO_(2)改性织物在遇到水、日常饮料(牛奶、咖啡、橙汁、可口可乐)以及酸碱液体(盐酸、氢氧化钠溶液)时均表现出良好的超疏水性;在90 h紫外线照射后的接触角和滚动角分别为152°和15°,表明其在紫外线照射条件下具有良好的抗紫外线老化性能。In order to improve the surface superhydrophobic function of polyester fabric,the surface hydrophobic modification of the fabric was carried out by infiltration-curing method.The microstructure and surface roughness of the coated fiber fabric modified by polydimethylsiloxane,polydimethylsiloxane-stearic acid,polydimethylsiloxane-stearic acid and nano-silica(PDMS/STA/SiO_(2))were compared and analyzed.The hydrophobicity of the coated fabric modified by polydimethylsiloxane-stearate-nano-silica was analyzed under different conditions such as friction,different liquids and ultraviolet irradiation.The results show that polydimethylsiloxane,stearic acid and nano-silica were successfully introduced into the fabric surface to prepare three kinds of modified polyester fabrics,and the water contact angle and surface root-mean-square roughness of the modified fabrics increased significantly.When the wear cycle reaches 700,the water contact angle and rolling angle of PDMS/STA/SiO_(2) are 151°and 17°respectively,indicating that the hydrophobic finished fabric has good wear resistance.PDMS/STA/SiO_(2) modified fabrics show good superhydrophobicity when encountering water,daily beverages(milk,coffee,orange juice,Coca-Cola)and acid-base liquids(hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide solution).The contact angle and rolling angle of PDMS/STA/SiO_(2) modified fabric after 90 h ultraviolet irradiation are 152°and 15°respectively,indicating that it has good anti-ultraviolet aging properties under ultraviolet irradiation conditions.
