摘　　要：为了使服装产业的智能化逐渐从单点场景赋能扩展至全局智能优化,在实现智能化管理的同时,达到区域资源整体优化配置和整体运营效率提升的目标。针对我国服装业发展现状与问题,结合梅特卡夫定律和群体智能理论,提出工业互联网赋能服装产业的策略。从单点优化、全面互联、全局智能3个层次,深入阐释工业互联网的概念和要素,并提出基于工业互联网的服装智造平台及其生态构建的具体步骤。通过建设服装工业互联网,从企业、产业链、行业特色工业互联网平台、产业集群生态4个层次进行赋能,逐步实现服装产业数字化转型,打造虚实结合“脑体”协同发展的产业生态体系。催生新场景、新模式、新业态及新空间,落实平台化设计、智能化制造、网络化协同、个性化定制、数字化管理及服务化延伸等创新模式,推动服装业向智能化、高端化、绿色化及品牌化演进,助力提升行业整体竞争力。In order to gradually expand the intelligence of the garment industry from single-point scenario enabling to global intelligent optimization,the overall optimal allocation of regional resources and the overall improvement of operational efficiency can be achieved while realizing intelligent management.Based on the current situation and problems of China′s garment industry,combining Metcalfe′s law and swarm intelligence theory,the strategy of industrial Internet enabling garment industry was put forward.From the three levels of single point optimization,comprehensive interconnection and global intelligence,the concept and elements of the industrial Internet were deeply explained,and the specific steps of the intelligent clothing manufacturing platform based on the industrial Internet and its ecological construction were proposed.Through the construction of the garment industry Internet,it empowers the garment industry from four levels:enterprise,industrial chain,industrial characteristic industrial Internet platform,and industrial cluster ecology,gradually realizes the digital transformation of the garment industry,and creates an industrial ecosystem that combines virtual and real development with"brain and body".Create new scenarios,new models,new business forms and new spaces,implement innovative models such as platform design,intelligent manufacturing,network collaboration,personalized customization,digital management and service extension,promote the evolution of the garment industry to intelligent,high-end,green and brand,and help improve the overall competitiveness of the industry.
