摘 要:针对织机引纬运动规律无法调整的问题,构建了一套电子引纬机构,基于传动函数分析传动系统运动转换机制,并根据工艺需求对传动系统建模,通过设计曲柄变速输入,实现不同幅宽下满足需求的剑杆运动特性。对传动系统进行仿真,分析不同幅宽下剑杆运动特性,探讨曲柄变速函数边界条件对幅外动程的影响,并分析曲柄变速函数偏置系数对纬纱交接的影响。结果表明:不同幅宽下剑杆速度、加速度均从0开始,利于引纬过程稳定,剑杆在主轴转角180°时达到最大位移,符合工艺需求;不同幅宽下的剑杆幅外动程均在合理范围内;随偏置系数增大纬纱交接相对速度有减小趋势,偏置系数e=0.5时的平均相对速度较e=0和e=0.25时分别减小约52%和25%,利于纬纱平稳交接,故可在合理范围内偏置。Aiming at the problem that the motion law of loom insertion cannot be adjusted,a set of electronic insertion mechanism was constructed.Based on the transmission function,the motion conversion mechanism of the transmission system was analyzed,and the transmission system was modeled according to the process requirements.By designing the crank transmission input,the rapier motion characteristics meeting the requirements under different widths were realized.The transmission system was simulated,the rapier motion characteristics under different widths were analyzed,the influence of the boundary conditions of the crank shift function on the outside motion was discussed,and the influence of the offset coefficient of the crank shift function on the weft interfacing was analyzed.The results show that the rapier speed and acceleration start from 0 under different widths,which is conducive to the stability of the weft insertion process,and the rapier reaches the maximum displacement when the spindle angle is 180°,which meets the process requirements.The outer motion of rapier with different width is within reasonable range.With the increase of the bias coefficient,the relative speed of weft handover tends to decrease.When the bias coefficient e=0.5,the average relative speed decreases about 52%and 25%,respectively,compared with that when e=0 and e=0.25,which is conducive to the smooth handover of the weft yarn,so it can be biased within a reasonable range.
