摘  要:纤维材料凭借其优异的柔韧性和生物相容性,已成为构建柔性传感器的理想基材与传感单元,在多重生物监测领域展现出显著的应用优势。文章系统综述了纤维基柔性传感器的研究进展,从制备技术、性能调控机制到实际应用场景展开三维度分析,首先详述智能纱线的种类、制备工艺及智能化性能;继而引用数据解析纱线基材特性、织物结构参数及应变方向对传感性能的量化影响规律;最后引出医疗监测与运动康复等典型应用场景,结合人工智能赋能的多元信号进行人体监测。纤维基传感器在穿戴舒适性方面具有重要突破,但其耐用性、服用性等方面仍存在不足,研究显示,纤维基柔性传感器在多模态人体监测,特别是运动健康监测领域具有巨大的发展潜力。Fiber materials serve as optimal substrates and sensing units for flexible sensors due to their flexibility and biocompatibility,particularly in biomonitoring applications.In this paper,the research progress of fiber-wirelessly flexible sensor was systematically reviewed.A three-dimensional analysis was carried out from preparation technology,performance control mechanism to practical application scenario.Firstly,the types,preparation process and intelligent performance of smart yarn were described in detail.Then the quantitative effects of yarn substrate properties,fabric structure parameters and strain direction on the sensing properties were analyzed with data.Finally,typical application scenarios such as medical monitoring and sports rehabilitation were introduced,and human monitoring was carried out by combining multiple signals enabled by artificial intelligence.Fiber-based sensor has a important breakthrough in wearable comfort,but its durability,wearability and other aspects are still insufficient,research shows that fiber-based flexible sensors in multimodal human monitoring,especially in the field of sports health monitoring has great potential for development.
