摘 要:文章针对汽轮机的宽频高隔声能力的降噪需求,开展了箱装体壁板隔声性能分析与优化设计的研究。运用有限元软件COMSOL建立了箱装体壁板仿真模型,并用传递矩阵法验证了模型的正确性和计算的可靠性;结合仿真结果,研究了各结构参数对隔声性能的影响规律,分析了内在的隔声机制,并对内尔德-米德(Nelder-Mead)法进行了详细的介绍,在此基础上利用该优化算法对箱装体壁板的结构参数进行优化设计。最终设计的箱装体壁板在整个计算频段内展现了优良的隔声性能。In order to reduce the noise influence of gas turbine during operation,a box-mounted body panel with wide frequency and high sound insulation capability is designed in this paper.The simulation model of the box-mounted body panel is established using the finite element software COMSOL,and the transfer matrix method is used to verify the correctness of the model and reliability of the calculation.By combining with the simulation results,this study investigates the influencing rule of each structural parameter on sound insulation performance and analyzes its intrinsic sound insulation mechanism.The Nelder-Mead algorithm is introduced in detail,and based on that,it is utilized to optimize the structural parameters of the box-mounted body panel.The final designed box-mounted body panel demonstrates excellent sound insulation performance across the entire calculated frequency range.
