摘  要:建立由入口段、入口扩张段和出口段组成的制浆机喷头三维模型,其中出口段为多个沿圆周均布的喷嘴构成。以制浆机喷头上喷嘴出口速度及喷头效率作为优化设计目标,将喷头结构、喷头入口速度、喷嘴数量、喷嘴均布直径等参数作为优化对象,运用理论分析和CFD仿真技术对制浆机喷头进行研究。研究结果表明,在确定入口速度的情况下,喷头上喷嘴均布直径大小对喷嘴出口速度没有影响,喷头上喷嘴数量越多喷嘴出口速度越低;在确定喷嘴数量的情况下,喷头上喷嘴出口速度与喷头入口速度呈线性关系,喷头效率随着喷嘴数量增多明显降低;在喷头上有确定的喷嘴数量情况下,喷头效率与喷头入口速度基本无关。将喷头出口段的喷嘴收缩角α设计为26°,喷头入口速度为1.68 m/s,喷头上喷嘴数量为6,喷头上喷嘴均布直径为85 mm时,喷头上喷嘴出口速度和喷头效率均达到最大,分别为105.72 m/s和98.99%,该研究结果为提升制浆机出浆效率提供理论基础和技术支撑。The three-dimensional model of pulper nozzle was established,and the nozzle outlet velocity and efficiency were taken as the optimization design objectives,the parameters of nozzle structure,nozzle inlet velocity,nozzle outlet quantity and nozzle outlet uniform diameter were taken as optimization objects,and the pulper nozzle was studied by CFD theory analysis and simulation technology.The research results show that under a given inlet velocity,the average diameter of nozzle outlet has no effect on nozzle outlet velocity,and the larger the number of nozzle outlet,the lower the nozzle outlet velocity.Under a given number of nozzle outlet,there is a linear relationship between nozzle outlet velocity and nozzle inlet velocity,and the efficiency of nozzle decreases significantly with the increase of nozzle outlet quantity.When the number of nozzle outlet is determined,the nozzle outlet efficiency is basically independent of the nozzle inlet velocity.When the shrinking angleαis designed as 26°,the nozzle inlet velocity is 1.68 m/s,the number of nozzle exits is 6,and the average diameter of nozzle exits is 85 mm,the nozzle outlet velocity and efficiency reach the maximum which are 105.72 m/s and 98.99%.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving the pulping efficiency of the pulping machine.
