摘 要:目前我国煤化工企业对烟煤、次烟煤、褐煤制备高质量水煤浆具有巨大的市场需求,但我国现下水煤浆制备技术仍存在未能彻底改变棒磨机制浆的粒度分布状态、无法适应高可磨指数煤种、煤浆浓度仍有提升空间和制浆能耗高的局限性,亟需对分形级配高浓度制浆新技术进行研究。针对现有制浆工艺投资及能耗偏高的问题,在“以破代磨”“预混成浆”及“颗粒整形”制浆理念的指导下,以神府东胜煤为原料,研究颗粒形态对煤浆性能的影响规律,开发分形级配高浓度制浆新技术并完成100 t/h原煤处理规模的工业试验,通过对装置负荷、水煤浆产品性能、土建投资和制浆能耗的对比分析新技术的优势。结果表明,水煤浆的性能直接与煤粉颗粒的形态相关,制备的物料圆形度越高、长径比越小则颗粒形态越好,制备的煤浆性能越好;新开发的分形级配高浓度制浆技术,将粒径>50 mm的原料煤经超细破碎机一次性破碎至<1 mm,粒度合格的煤粉再经过预混整形制备为成品煤浆,煤浆粒度、流动性及稳定性满足气化炉使用要求,分形级配工艺可拓宽煤种的选择范围、提升煤浆浓度并降低主设备装机功率、土建投资及制浆电耗。China’s coal chemical enterprises have a huge market demand for the preparation of high-quality coal water slurry from bituminous coal,sub bituminous coal and lignite at present,however the current coal water slurry preparation technology in China still has limitations such as not completely changing the particle size distribution state of rod mill slurry preparation,not being able to adapt to high grindability index coal types,still having room for improvement in coal slurry concentration and high slurry energy consumption.It is urgent to study new technologies for high concentration slurry preparation with fractal gradation.Aiming at the problems of high investment and energy consumption in the existing slurry preparation process,under the guidance of the slurry preparation concepts of“replacing grinding with crushing”“premixing to form slurry”and“particle shaping”,taking Shenfu Dongsheng coal as the raw material,the influence law of particle morphology on the performance of coal water slurry was studied.A new high-concentration slurry preparation technology with fractal gradation was developed,and an industrial test with a raw coal treatment scale of 100 tons per hour was completed.The advantages of the new technology were analyzed through the comparison of the unit load,the performance of coal water slurry products,the civil engineering investment and the energy consumption of slurry preparation.The results show that the performance of coal water slurry is directly related to the morphology of coal powder particles.The higher the roundness and the smaller the aspect ratio of the prepared materials,the better the particle morphology,and thus the better the performance of the prepared coal water slurry.In the newly developed high-concentration slurry preparation technology with fractal gradation,the raw coal with a particle size larger than 50 mm is crushed to less than 1 mm at one time by an ultra-fine crusher.The coal powder with qualified particle size is then premixed and shaped to prepare the
