摘  要:作为推进系统的一部分,可重复使用火箭贮箱的服役性能会直接影响火箭的回收次数。由于现有的实验方法难以揭示贮箱焊缝复杂的应力关系,因此,针对2219铝合金贮箱多环缝筒体结构,采用有限元分析软件Marc建立模型,进行搅拌摩擦焊应力仿真并校核,以研究可重复火箭贮箱多条环焊缝的应力影响关系,并探明最优的焊接顺序,从而提高构件服役性能。结果显示:整体残余应力以纵向残余拉应力为主,受温度梯度与位移约束的影响,焊缝之间的残余应力会进行传递,使得5条环焊缝的应力峰值产生差异,其中横、纵向残余应力峰值最大相差33.9%、23.3%。在不同焊接顺序下,焊后残余应力峰值、分布均不同,初焊焊缝在筒体中部,且约束位置变化幅度大的焊接顺序拥有最好的焊接效果。As part of the propulsion system,the service performance of reusable rocket tanks will directly affect the number of rocket recovery times.Since the existing experimental methods are difficult to reveal the complex stress relationship of tank welds,the finite element analysis software Marc was used to establish a model for the multi-circumferential weld cylinder structure of the 2219 aluminum alloy tank,and the stir friction welding stress simulation and verification were carried out to study the stress influence relationship of multiple circumferential welds of the reusable rocket tank and find out the optimal welding sequence,so as to improve the service performance of the component.The results show that the overall residual stress is mainly longitudinal residual tensile stress.Affected by the temperature gradient and displacement constraints,the residual stress between the welds will be transferred,resulting in difference in the stress peaks of the five circumferential welds,among which the maximum difference between the transverse and longitudinal residual stress peaks are 33.9%and 23.3%.Under different welding sequences,the peak and distribution of residual stress after welding are different.The welding sequence with the initial weld in the middle of the cylinder and a large change in the constraint position has the best welding effect.
