摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、透射电镜(TEM)和室温拉伸等方法研究了冷变形量对Al-0.84Fe-0.59Si合金薄板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着冷变形量的增大,薄板组织由等轴晶向层状结构转变,晶界数量增多,形成稠密位错墙,位错密度由1.64×10^(13)m^(-2)增大至1.16×10^(14)m^(-2)。冷轧薄板宏观织构强度由6.0增大至9.5,织构类型向Brass、Copper和S转变,β取向线上织构的强度逐渐增大。与退火态试样相比,87%冷变形薄板的抗拉强度提高了62.5%,屈服强度提高了54.9%。薄板强度提升是晶粒细化、位错密度增大和Copper织构含量上升的综合结果,Copper取向晶粒表现为较大的Taylor因子值,且具有最小的Schmid因子值和最少的滑移系数目,因此87%冷变形薄板表现出最高的屈服强度。The effects of cold rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-0.84Fe-0.59Si alloy sheets were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscattering diffraction(EBSD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and room temperature tensile.The results show that with the increase of deformation,the equiaxed grain microstructure of the sheet changes from equiaxed grains to lamellar microstructure and the number of grain boundaries increases,forming a dense dislocation wall,and the dislocation density increases from 1.64×10^(13) m^(-2) to 1.16×10^(14) m^(-2).The texture orientation intensity of the cold-rolled alloy sheet increases from 6.0 to 9.5,the types of texture change to Brass,Copper and S,and the intensity ofβ-orientation line is strengthened.Compared with the annealed sheet,the tensile strength of the 87%cold-rolled sheet is increased by 62.5%and the yield strength is increased by 54.9%.The reason for the increasing strength of the sheet is the grain refinement,the increase of dislocation density and the increase volume fraction of Copper texture.The Taylor factor of the Copper-oriented grains is larger,and it has the smallest Schmid factor value and the least slip system number,so the 87%cold-rolled sheet exhibits the highest yield strength.
