摘 要:针对低品位钛渣提取钛工艺技术难以实现工业化的现状,综合采用化学分析、XRD、扫描电镜等方法研究钛渣中有价成分及矿物结构。据此提出以氯化铵作为活化剂进行焙烧活化-浸出除杂制备钛富集渣的工艺路线,并借助正交实验设计与优化,探明活化过程主要影响因素作用;通过实验确定了钛富集渣酸解过程最优工艺参数,并研究了钛富集渣酸解过程反应动力学。结果表明:低品位钛渣的主要矿物为绿辉石、辉石和尖晶石,钛、钙元素主要分布在钙钛矿中。活化过程主要影响因素作用的降序为活化温度>活化剂用量>活化时间。最优酸解提钛工艺参数为酸矿比1.2∶1、初始硫酸浓度90%、温度200℃、时间50 min。在最优条件下,钛富集渣的钛酸解率可达90.41%,实现了钛富集渣中TiO2的有效分离提取。钛富集渣酸解过程反应化学动力学主要受内扩散控制,计算获得表观活化能为18.05 kJ/mol。At the aim of extracting titanium from low-grade titanium slag the chemical analysis,XRD characterization and SEM were utilized to analyze the components and mineral structures of titanmium slag.A process for preparing titanium enriched slag by ammonium chloride activated roasting-leaching was proposed,and the main influencing factors of the activation process were verified by orthogonal experimental design and optimization.The results show that the main minerals of the titanium slag are perovskite,pyroxene and spinel,and titanium and calcium are mainly distributed in perovskite.The descending order of main factors in the activation process from is activation temperature>activator dosage>activation time.And then,the optimal technological parameters for titanium extraction by acid leaching are as follows:acid ore ratio 1.2∶1,initial sulfuric acid concentration 90%,temperature 200℃and time 50 min.Under the optimal conditions,the titanium acid hydrolysis rate of titanium enriched slag can reach 90.41%,which realizes the effective separation and extraction of TiO2 from titanium slag.The kinetics studies on the acidolysis leaching were conducted,and the results revealing the reaction of titanium is mainly controlled by internal diffusion,with an apparent activation energy of 18.05 kJ/mol.
