石油企业员工健康管理工作的思考

摘　　要：通过对石油企业员工的健康现状进行分析,提出建立员工健康管理系统的设想及可行措施,制定员工健康管理工作计划,以利于员工应对日常的健康威胁,体现对员工身心健康的关爱,提升公司的总体效益。Through analyzing the current health status of employees in petroleum enterprises,the idea and feasible measures of establishing an employee health management system are proposed.A health management work plan is developed to address daily health threats,demonstrate care for employees’physical and mental health,and enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
