摘 要:渤海某油田原油处理外输泵及滤器流程在运行过程中常出现不能满足过滤需求的问题,在特定模式下,一台无备用滤器的外输泵不能及时处理生产流程中存在的泥沙,严重影响外输泵的安全、稳定运行,因而需要对外输泵滤器流程进行适应性改造。基于常规滤器及泵的安装流程,提出了多种滤器流程优化改造方案,对比分析不同改造方案,选择出最利于现场应用的方案,成功解决了流程中的瓶颈问题,也为同类生产流程瓶颈问题的解决及原始工艺设计优化提供了借鉴范例。During the operation of the crude oil processing export pump and filter in a certain oilfield in Bohai Sea,there was a problem that the existing export pump filters could not meet the filtration requirements.In a specific mode of operation,one export pump without a backup filter cannot timely handle the sediment present in the production process,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the export pump.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out adaptability transformation of export pump filter process.Based on the installation process of conventional filters and pumps,various optimization and transformation schemes for filter processes are proposed.By comparing and analyzing different transformation schemes,the most favorable scheme for on-site application is selected,successfully solving the bottleneck problem in the process,and providing a reference example for solving bottleneck problems in similar production processes and optimizing the original process design.
