摘　　要：海上油田的滚动开发离不开钻井船的支持。目前最为常见的开发模式为1座固定采油平台和1座移动钻井平台的联合作业,联合作业在时间和空间上存在大量交叉点,严格的安全把控措施对于联合作业的顺利开展具有重要意义。为此,总结渤海某油田3座钻井平台与两座生产平台同时开展的联合作业经验,从管理制度制定、作业许可管理、应急管理、T卡制度管理等方面进行深入分析和研究。The successful development of offshore oilfields cannot be separated from the operation support of drilling vessels,The most common development model is the joint operation of a fixed oil production platform and a mobile drilling platform.The cross points in time and space of the joint operation require strict safety control measures,which is crucial for the smooth implementation of the joint operation.Based on the experience of joint operation between three drilling platforms and two production platforms in a certain oilfield in the Bohai Sea,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the management system formulation,operation permit management,emergency management,and T-card system management.
