摘 要:针对传统加热方式易造成油温不均、发热管道局部结炭、油液老化加速等问题,优化海洋石油161液压系统电加热器,提出自主循环加热技术的解决方案。通过引入循环泵与智能温控系统,实现了油温的均匀提升与精确控制,有效避免了局部过热现象。结果表明,优化后的电加热器为现场生产提供了节能减排、绿色发展的有力支撑,不仅显著提高了液压系统的工作效率和稳定性,而且延长了设备寿命,降低了油液污染,对于液压系统加热技术的创新和应用具有重要的参考价值。To address the problems caused by traditional heating methods such as uneven oil temperature,local coking of heating piping,and accelerated oil aging,the electric heater of the hydraulic system of HYSY 161 platform is optimized,and a solution of independent cycle heating technology is put forward.By introducing the circulation pump and the intelligent temperature control system,the oil temperature is raised uniformly and controlled accurately,and the local overheating phenomenon is effectively avoided.The results show that the optimized electric heater gives strong support for the energy saving,emission reduction,and green development of on-site production.It can not only significantly improve the efficiency and stability of the hydraulic system,but also extend equipment life and reduce oil pollution,which has important reference value for the innovation and application of hydraulic system heating technology.
