摘  要:镁及镁合金具备优异的性能,是目前研究最为深入、应用最为广泛的可降解金属材料.近些年来,研究者研发出不同种类的医用镁合金,并对其力学性能、降解行为、生物相容性、作用机制等进行了大量研究.在过去的十余年里,研究者开展了大量针对医用镁合金器械的动物及临床试验,取得了显著的成果.先后有镁合金骨钉、血管支架、引导骨再生膜、胆道支架的产品通过欧洲合格评定证书(Conformity with European,CE)认证.镁合金、吻合器、神经导管等也已开展动物实验.本文总结了医用镁合金的设计与改性的研究现状,并概括了医用镁合金及器械的研究现状,并展望其未来的发展方向.Magnesium and magnesium alloys,with excellent mechanical and biological properties,are currently the most intensively-studied and widely-used biodegradable metal materials.In recent years,researchers have prepared different types of medical magnesium alloys and carried out extensive research on their mechanical properties,degradation behavior,biocompatibility,and biological mechanisms.Over the past decade,researchers have carried out numerous animal and clinical trials on medical magnesium alloy devices and obtained remarkable results.Magnesium alloy bone screws,vascular stents,guided bone regeneration membranes,and biliary stents have successively obtained CE certification.Animal experiments have also been conducted on magnesium alloy lumen stents,staplers,nerve conduits,etc.Initiating from the design and surface modification,we made a comprehensive overview of the current research status of medical magnesium alloys and devices,elucidated the biological mechanism,and anticipated the future development direction in this review.
