铂类药物化疗期间患者饮水现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解使用铂类药物的肿瘤患者化疗期间的饮水现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用连续性纳入选择2023年3月1日至2023年8月3日我院收治的152例使用铂类药物化疗的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,运用自制肿瘤患者铂类药物化疗期间饮水及相关知识调查问卷进行横断面调查。结果肿瘤患者铂类药物化疗期间日均饮水量超过2000 ml为30.9%(47/152),饮水健康知识得分为(68.75±23.24)分,以≥60分记为饮水知识及格分,该组患者饮水健康知识得分及格率为62.5%(95/152);二元Logistic回归分析结果显示:日常饮水量、单次饮水量、日均饮水次数、饮水困难及饮水相关知识掌握情况是化疗期间日均饮水量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论使用铂类药物的肿瘤患者化疗期间饮水量及相关知识的达标率均有待提高,医护人员应关注患者饮水状况,重视健康宣教,促进化疗期间水化效果,减轻化疗药物的毒副反应。Objective To investigate the current status of water intake and the influencing factors among cancer patients undergoing platinum-based chemotherapy.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a self-developed questionnaire on water intake and related knowledge.A total of 152 cancer patients receiving platinum-based chemotherapy from March to August 2023 in a tertiary hospital in Sichuan were consecutively enrolled.Results Among tumor patients,30.9%(47/152)consumed over 2000 ml of water daily.The average score for water consumption knowledge was(68.75±23.24)points,with a passing threshold≥60 points.The pass rate for water intake knowledge was 62.5%(95/152).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that daily water intake,single water intake,average daily water intake frequency,difficulty in water intake,and mastery of water related knowledge were the influencing factors of daily water intake during chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance rate of water intake and related knowledge during chemotherapy for cancer patients using platinum-based drugs needs to be improved.Healthcare providers should pay more attention to patients water intake status,emphasize health education to enhance hydration effects during chemotherapy,and mitigate the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs.
