摘  要:智能时代发展依赖高度发达的通信技术.在新一代,特别是6G通信框架下实现天、空、地、海泛在互连,以及多种通信模式协同,需要发展新技术.太赫兹通信和可见光通信备受关注.前者预期带动通信带宽和感知深度精细度的重大突破,后者寻求光通信应用范围的重要拓展,两种技术目前处在前沿研究阶段,基本的模式、架构、器件等吸引了大量的研究兴趣,本综述将对研究前沿热点、瓶颈、进展和发展态势做出分析.The advancement of the intelligent era highly depends on the development of sophisticated communication technologies.The realization of ubiquitous connectivity across heterogeneous environments(space,air,ground,and sea),coupled with the integration of diverse communication paradigms,necessitates the exploration and development of novel technologies,particularly within the context of 6G and beyond.Terahertz and visible light communication have emerged as promising candidates to fulfill these requirements.Terahertz communication offers the potential for substantially increased communication bandwidth and enhanced sensing capabilities,while visible light communication presents opportunities for expanding the application range of optical communication.Both technologies are hot research topics,with their communication scheme,architecture,and key devices attracting massive research efforts.This review provides a thorough analysis of the current research frontiers in these areas,addressing key research challenges,summarizing recent progress,and outlining the predicted future research directions.
