摘　　要：本文首先介绍直到21世纪初有关退化椭圆方程的一些重要的微局部分析研究成果以及相关成果近年来在非线性动理学方程上的应用.本文关注这些方程的微局部退化椭圆性结构,尤其是Boltzmann方程和Landau方程的各向异性的超抛物结构以及相应的亚椭圆特性等性质.最后介绍本文作者对几个相关问题的展望和思考.In this paper,we first present the important improvement up to the beginning of 21st century on microlocal analysis of degenerate elliptic operators,and then focus on the recent applications on the nonlinear kinetic equations.We concentrate on the microlocal degenerate elliptic structure for this class of equations,and study the anisotropic ultra-parabolic properties and hypoellipticity of the Boltzmann equation and Landau equation.We also introduce several related problems for further research.
