摘　　要：甲型流感病毒(influenza A virus,IAV)是一种常见RNA病毒,传染性强、变异速度快、发病率高,严重危害人类健康.目前临床一线抗IAV药物:金刚烷胺、奥司他韦和帕拉米韦等,均己出现耐药现象.一旦耐药IAV流行,临床将面临无药可用的状况,亟需研发新型抗耐药IAV药物.海洋天然产物结构新颖、活性显著、作用机制独特,是筛选新型药物先导化合物的重要源泉.尤其,海洋来源抗IAV活性产物的靶点多样、机制独特,有望成为解决IAV药物耐药性问题最有效途径之一.本文主要对海洋来源抗IAV活性天然产物的结构新颖性、活性显著性和作用机制独特性进行归纳总结,可为新型靶向抗耐药IAV药物研发提供借鉴价值.The influenza A virus(IAV)is a highly infectious RNA virus that has a significant impact on human health due to its rapid mutation rate and high incidence.Currently,the anti-IAV drugs used in clinical settings,such as amantadine,oseltamivir,and peramivir,have shown drug resistance,leading to a potential threat of widespread resistance and a lack of effective treatment options.Therefore,the development of new antiviral medications effective against drug-resistant IAV is urgently needed.Marine natural products,with their unique structures and significant bioactivities,serve as an important source for screening lead compounds in the development of anti-IAV drugs.In particular,marine-derived anti-IAV compounds exhibited diverse targets and unique mechanisms,offering a promising approach to addressing the issue of drug resistance in IAV medications.This review summarized the marine-derived anti-IAV natural products,including their structural characteristics,activity diversity,and antiviral mechanisms.The findings could provide valuable insights for the development of novel and targeted drugs against drug-resistant IAV.
