摘　　要：目的:通过卫生技术评估方法评价摆药机应用在静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)的安全性、有效性、经济性和社会适应性,为摆药机在PIVAS的应用提供循证医学证据。方法:采用计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMBase、万方、中国知网、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等,检索时限均为建库至2024年3月。根据设定的纳入标准和排除标准筛选文献后对所选文献进行数据提取和分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,包括9篇前后对照研究和2篇经验分享。通过提取文献数据获得有关摆药机的评价指标,发现摆药机能降低摆药差错率,具有安全性;提高摆药速度,减少摆药用时,具有有效性;降低药品破损率和节约人工成本,体现其经济性;减少工作人员与肿瘤药物的接触,体现其社会适应性。结论:摆药机应用于PIVAS在安全性和有效性上较为可靠,但针对经济性和社会适应性的证据较少,需进一步补充研究。Objective:To evaluate the safety,efficacy,economy and social adaptability of dispensing equipment in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)through health technology assessment methods,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the application of dispensing equipment in PIVAS.Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,EMBase,Wanfang,CNKI,VIP and CBM databases were retrieved from the database establishment to Mar.2024.Literature screening and data extraction were performed based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:A total of 11 articles were enrolled,including of 9 before-and-after studies and 2 experience-sharing articles.By extracting data from the literature,evaluation indicators related to dispensing equipment were obtained.It was found that dispensing equipment could reduce dispensing errors with high safety,improve the dispensing speed and shorten the dispensing time with significant efficacy,reduce the damage rate of drugs and save labor costs with high economy,and reduce the contact between staff and tumor drugs with high social adaptability.Conclusion:The application of dispensing equipment in PIVAS is reliable in terms of safety and efficacy.However,there is limited evidence regarding the economy and social adaptability,further supplementary studies are required.
