摘  要:目的:总结全球关于儿童特应性皮炎治疗研究的现状、热点及未来发展趋势,为今后儿童特应性皮炎治疗的研究提供参考。方法:从Web of Science核心集数据库中检索2013-2023年有关治疗儿童特应性皮炎的文献。运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64-bit)软件对作者、机构以及关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入1230篇英文文献,目前关于儿童特应性皮炎治疗研究热点是度普利尤单抗、钙调磷酸酶抑制剂、磷酸二酯酶4抑制剂和Janus激酶抑制剂。结论:目前特应性皮炎发病率居高不下,尤其是儿童特应性皮炎,对儿童特应性皮炎治疗的研究尤为重要,靶向制剂将是儿童特应性皮炎治疗的新趋势和前沿。Objective:To summarize the current status and hotspots of research on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children around the world,and to provide reference for the future research on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Methods:Web of Science core collection database were retrieved to collect literature on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children from 2013 to 2023.CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64-bit)software was used to perform visual analysis on authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 1,230 English articles were included.At present,the hotspots of research on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children are duprelizumab,calcineurin inhibitors,phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitors and janus kinase inhibitors.Conclusion:Currently,the prevalence of atopic dermatitis is high,especially among children,making it essential to study treatment options.Targeted preparations will be a new trend and frontier in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.
