摘  要:为了推进海洋经济发展,确保水下遥控潜水器(ROV)与母船之间的可靠连接,对连接ROV和系缆管理系统(TMS)的系留电缆的设计进行了详细介绍。结合ROV用系留电缆的功能和特殊作业环境的要求,指出在电缆设计选型时应考虑的相关因素(如功率、信号、浮力、强度、柔韧性、防水等),进而给出在电缆结构设计、材料选择、工艺实现等方面的设计建议。同时,辅以ROV系留用零浮力抗拉综合缆的设计实例,对其具体设计方案形成过程和实际设计结果进行介绍,以供参考借鉴。In order to promote the development of marine economy and ensure reliable connection between underwater ROVs and mother ships, a detailed introduction is given to the design of tether cables connecting ROVs and TMSs. Based on the requirements of the functions and special operating environments of tether cables for ROV, the relevant factors that should be considered in cable design and selection(such as power, signal, buoyancy, strength, flexibility, waterproofing, etc.) are pointed out, and the design suggestions are provided in cable structure design, material selection, process implementation, etc. At the same time, with the design example of the zero buoyancy tensile composite cable for ROV tether, the specific design process and actual design results are introduced for reference.
