摘  要:目前世界各个国家地区纷纷颁布了全氟和多氟烷基物质(PFAS)管控法规/禁令,以减少PFAS对生态环境可持续性及人类健康构成的潜在危害。线缆用氟塑料是PFAS中的一类,从产业链/供应链和长远角度来看该行业终将受到深远影响。通过对国内外PFAS管控法规/禁令的梳理,指出与线缆用氟塑料相关的PFAS管控措施,进而提出只有通过对线缆用氟塑料的替代规划、研发创新、供应链重组,线缆用氟塑料行业才能更好地应对PFAS管控法规/禁令,助推线缆领域持续发展。At present,various countries and regions around the world have issued regulations/bans on the control of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)to reduce the potential harm of PFAS to ecological sustainability and human health.Fluoroplastics used in cables are a type of PFAS,and the industry will eventually be deeply influenced from the perspective of industry chain/supply chain and long-term.By sorting out the PFAS control regulations/bans at home and abroad,the PFAS control measures related to fluoroplastics used in cables are pointed out.Furthermore,it is proposed that only through alternative planning,research and development innovation,and supply chain restructuring of fluoroplastics used in cables can the fluoroplastic industry better cope with PFAS control regulations/bans and promote the sustainable development of the cable industry.
