摘  要:为了满足我国工业4.0时代无人化、智能化卷筒设备对配套电缆的需求,展开了高柔性抗碾压光电复合卷筒电缆的研制。该电缆的研制过程中,对动力线芯和控制线芯中导体结构和材料的迭代升级改进,提高了动力电缆单元和控制电缆单元柔韧性、耐弯曲、抗拉性;在传统通信光缆结构中引入抗拉抗压缓冲层、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)内外护套,提高了通信光缆单元的柔韧性、抗压性、抗拉性;在成缆时对缆芯结构进行合理布局,提高了电缆整体抗压性。经检测,该电缆具有优异的耐弯曲、抗碾压、抗开裂、阻燃、耐高低温、耐油、耐酸碱、耐候等性能,可实现电源系统动力信号、控制系统控制信号及智能监测网络通信信号的同缆传输。该创新设计的高柔性抗碾压光电复合卷筒电缆产品满足了卷筒设备对配套电缆的现代化、集约化需求。In order to meet the needs of unmanned and intelligent drum equipment for supporting cables in the era of Industry 4.0 in China,the development of high-flexibility and anti-rolling opto-electric composite drum cable has been carried out.During the development process of the cable,iterative upgrades and improvements are made to the conductor structure and materials in the power and control cable cores,which improved the flexibility,bending resistance,and tensile strength of the power and control cable units;introducing the tensile and compressive buffer layer and the TPU inner and outer sheath into the traditional communication optical cable structure improves the flexibility,compression resistance,and tensile strength of the communication optical cable unit;reasonable layout of the cable core structure during cable formation improves the overall compressive strength of the cable.After testing,the cable has excellent performance in bending resistance,rolling resistance,cracking resistance,flame retardancy,high and low temperature resistance,oil resistance,acid and alkali resistance,weather resistance,etc.The cable can achieve the same cable transmission of power system power signals,control system control signals,and intelligent monitoring network communication signals.The innovative design of high-flexibility and anti-rolling opto-electric composite drum cable product meets the modern and intensive requirements of drum equipment for supporting cables.
