摘 要:非铠装B1级阻燃多芯低压电缆因缺少金属保护层在B1级燃烧试验中更容易出现热释放速率峰值(HRR峰值)和受火1200 s内热释放总量(THR1200)超标现象。从B1级阻燃性能和电缆材料成本、工艺等方面对该类电缆的B1级阻燃结构设计优化进行了研究。研究结果表明,高氧指数隔氧层挤包结构可使各规格电缆具有较优的B1级阻燃性能,但相关的材料成本较高、生产周期较长和工艺成本较高;多层阻燃包带绕包结构可使50 mm^(2)及以上规格电缆具有较优的B1级阻燃性能,且相关的材料成本较低、生产周期较短和工艺成本较低,但不宜在35 mm^(2)及以下规格电缆中使用。The non-armored B1-level flame-retardant multi-core low-voltage cables are more prone to exceeding the peak heat release rate(HRR)and total heat release within 1200 seconds of fire(THR_(1200))in B1-level combustion tests due to the lack of a metal protective layer.The optimization of B1-level flame-retardant structure design for this type of cable is studied from the aspects of B1-level flame-retardant performance,cable material cost,and process.The research results indicate that the oxygen barrier extrusion structure with high oxygen index can provide various specifications of cables with superior B1-level flame-retardant performance,but the related material costs are high,the production cycle is long,and the process costs are high.The multi-layer flame-retardant tape wrapping structure can provide excellent B1-level flame-retardant performance for cables with a size of 50 mm^(2)and above,and the related material costs are low,the production cycle is short,and the process costs are low.However,it is not suitable for use in cables with a size of 35 mm^(2)and below.
