摘  要:轧纹铜护套氩弧焊工艺质量的提高是确保柔性轧纹铜护套云母带矿物绝缘防火电缆使用性能的关键。通过对影响轧纹铜护套氩弧焊工艺质量相关因素的综合研究和分析发现,轧纹铜护套氩弧焊工艺质量的影响因素不仅与该工序自身密切相关,而且与上下衔接的铜护套成型工序和铜护套轧纹工序也密不可分。为此,有针对性地提出了相应的控制措施,以保证轧纹铜护套氩弧焊的焊接质量。The improvement of the quality of argon arc welding process for corrugated copper sheath is the key to ensuring the performance of flexible corrugated copper sheath mica tape mineral insulated fire-resistant cables.Through comprehensive research and analysis of factors affecting the quality of argon arc welding process for corrugated copper sheath,it is found that the influencing factors of the quality of argon arc welding process for corrugated copper sheath are not only closely related to the process itself,but also closely related to the copper sheath forming process and the corrugated process of the copper sheath that are connected vertically.Therefore,targeted control measures have been proposed to ensure the welding quality of argon arc welding of corrugated copper sheath.
