摘 要:电缆护套是确保电缆在安装敷设及使用时不受机械和环境损伤的关键元件。对电缆护套老化前后机械性能(抗张强度和断裂伸长率)准确测试是评判电缆产品性能的重要依据。通过对哑铃试件厚度对热塑性护套(ST_(2)聚氯乙烯护套、ST_(7)聚乙烯护套、ST_(8)无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套)老化前后机械性能测试结果影响的研究试验发现:在额定电压35 kV电缆产品ST_(2)、ST_(7)、ST_(8)护套进行制样测试老化前后机械性能时,将哑铃试件厚度控制在0.8~2.0 mm,相关测试结果波动基本在10%以内,均满足电缆产品标准要求且余量较大;相对于ST_(2)、ST_(8)护套,哑铃试件厚度对ST_(7)护套机械性能测试结果有一定影响,其厚度0.8~0.9 mm哑铃试件老化前后抗张强度和断裂伸长率测试结果均为最大值。Cable sheath is a key component that ensures that cables are not affected by mechanical and environmental damage during installation,laying,and use.Accurate testing of the mechanical properties(tensile strength and elongation at break)of cable sheaths before and after aging is an important basis for evaluating the performance of cable products.Through the study of the influence of dumbbell specimen thickness on the mechanical performance test results of thermoplastic sheaths(ST_(2)polyvinyl chloride sheath,ST_(7)polyethylene sheath,ST_(8)halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin sheath)before and after aging,it is found that when testing the mechanical properties of ST_(2),ST_(7),and ST_(8)sheaths of cable products with a rated voltage of 35 kV before and after aging,the thickness of dumbbell specimens is controlled within 0.8~2.0 mm,and the fluctuation of relevant test results is basically within 10%,all of which met the requirements of cable product standards and had a large margin.Compared to ST_(2)and ST_(8)sheaths,the thickness of dumbbell specimens has a certain impact on the mechanical performance test results of ST_(7)sheaths,and the tensile strength and elongation at break test results of ST_(7)sheath dumbbell specimens with a thickness of 0.8~0.9 mm before and after aging are the maximum values.
