摘　　要：在数字经济时代,时间成为关键生产要素和竞争维度,劳资双方关于劳动时间的争斗由激烈的“量”与“质”的争斗,转向对日常生活实践的关注。在数字技术的加持下,劳动时间结构发生明显转变:劳动时间类型进一步分化,延长了劳动时间的内涵和外延;时间被切割,导致劳动时间组织形式的碎片化;资本最大限度地压缩了价值实现周期,迫使所有参与者不断加快节奏以维持竞争力,劳动者被卷入加速的漩涡之中,使劳动时间节奏加速化;“劳动”的边界被拓展,劳动内容发生显著转变,导致劳动时间的呈现形式多样化且隐匿化。数字劳动时间结构的实质是资本借助数字技术完成了对劳动的时间殖民,促使新的异化诞生,并在时间面向呈现为个体的永久性时间焦虑,人们所关注的时间政治议题由解放政治转向生活政治。In the era of digital economy,time has become a key factor of production and a dimension ofcompetition.The fight between labor and capital over working time has shifted from a fierce fight over"quantity"and"quality"to a focus on daily life practice.Under the support of digital technology,the labortime structure has changed significantly:the types of labor time are further differentiated,extending the connotationand extension of labor time;Time is cut,leading to the fragmentation of labor time organization;Capital compressed the cycle of value realization to the maximum extent,forcing all participants to speed upthe pace to maintain competitiveness,and laborers were involved in the vortex of acceleration,accelerating the pace of labor time;The boundary of"labor"has been expanded,and the labor content has changedsignificantly,leading to the diversification and concealment of labor time.The essence of the time structure ofdigital labor is that capital has completed the time colonization of labor with the help of digital technology,promoting the birth of new dissimilation,and presenting itself as an individual's permanent time anxiety in thetime face.People's attention to time politics has shifted from liberation politics to life politics.
