数字素养如何影响劳动者就业质量——基于CFPS的微观证据

摘　　要：数字技术革命驱动社会系统性重构,劳动者需要不断提升自身数字素养,这既是新型劳动者的核心表征,更是通过人机协同释放新质生产力潜能的关键路径。基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据研究发现,数字素养显著提高了劳动者就业质量,并且数字素养对劳动保护的促进作用最大,劳动报酬次之,就业环境最小。机制分析表明,数字素养通过促进信息获取、技能匹配和非农就业,进而提升了劳动者就业质量。异质性分析表明,数字素养对中西部地区、互联网发展水平较高地区、高中及以下学历及农村户籍的劳动者就业质量促进效果更好。因此,应加快数字基础设施建设,优化数字平台与资源共享,拓宽信息获取渠道和提升技能匹配度,立足差异化需求制定数字素养提升路径,进一步推动实现更高质量就业。As the digital technology revolution drives the systematic reconstruction of society,workers must continuously improve their digital literacy,which is not only the core characterization of a new type of worker,but also a key path to unleash the potential of new quality productivity through human-machine collaboration.Based on data from the China Family Panel Studies,the study finds that digital literacy significantly improves the employment quality for workers and that digital literacy contributes the most to labor protection,the second most to labor compensation,and the least to employment environment.Mechanistic analysis shows that digital literacy further enhances the quality of workers'employment by facilitating information access,skill matching,and off-farm employment.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital literacy has a better effect on promoting the employment quality for workers in the central and western regions,regions with a higher level of Internet development,and workers with high school education or less and rural household registration.Therefore,the construction of digital infrastructure should be accelerated and improved,digital platforms and resource sharing should be optimized,access to information should be broadened and skills matching should be improved,and digital literacy enhancement paths should be formulated on the basis of differentiated needs,so as to further promote the realization of higher-quality employment.
