摘　　要：我国是统一的多民族国家,宪法为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了坚实的法律基础。宪法序言的多维叙事、总纲的民族关系原则及权利义务体系,共同构建起铸牢中华民族共同体意识的宪法框架。在此框架下,民族平等是根基,宪法通过政治法律地位的形式平等、经济文化发展的实质平等和参政议政与教育权的机会平等等维度保障各民族平等权利。民族区域自治是重要路径,宪法赋予民族区域自治地区自治权,以促进民族团结和中华民族共同体的建构。各民族共同繁荣是目标升华,宪法通过资源配置、区域协调发展等实现各民族共同富裕,从而升华中华民族共同体意识。所以,厘清铸牢中华民族共同体意识的宪法逻辑,既是新时代处理民族关系和推动中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措,更是对推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识从文本规范走向治理实践的回应。China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and the Constitution provides a solid legal foundation for forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community.The multidimensional narrative of the Constitution's preamble,the principles governing ethnic relations in its general provisions,and its system of rights and obligations collectively construct the constitutional framework for consolidating this sense of community.Within this framework:Ethnic equality serves as the cornerstone.The Constitution guarantees the equal rights of all ethnic groups through formal equality in political and legal status,substantive equality in economic and cultural development,and equal opportunities in political participation,governance,and education.Regional ethnic autonomy is a key pathway.The Constitution grants autonomous powers to ethnic regions to promote ethnic unity and the construction of the Chinese national community.Common prosperity for all ethnic groups represents the ultimate goal.Through resource allocation and coordinated regional development,the Constitution facilitates shared prosperity,thereby elevating the consciousness of the Chinese national community.Thus,clarifying the constitutional logic of forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community is not only a crucial measure for addressing ethnic relations and advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era but also a response to transforming this consciousness from normative text into governance practice.
