摘  要:[目的]探讨园林落叶堆肥对土壤理化性质的优化作用及其作为草花育苗基质的适宜配比和应用效果,以实现园林落叶资源的再利用。[方法]将腐熟后的园林落叶堆肥按25%(T_(1))、50%(T_(2))、75%(T_(3))和100%(T_(4))的体积比与园土混合作为基质,以100%园土(CK)作为对照,进行孔雀草、万寿菊和石竹幼苗的栽培试验,研究不同配比基质的理化性质以及对3种草花幼苗生长发育的影响。[结果](1)添加园林落叶堆肥可明显改善土壤的理化性质,基质配比显著影响育苗基质的理化性质(P<0.05)。(2)不同育苗基质对3种草花的生长发育影响各异,T_(2)处理(50%园土+50%园林落叶堆肥)为石竹的最优育苗基质,T_(3)处理(25%园土+75%园林落叶堆肥)为孔雀草和万寿菊的最优育苗基质,T_(4)(100%园林落叶堆肥)对3种草花的生长发育均无显著促进作用。[结论]在园土中添加园林落叶堆肥可改善土壤理化性质,添加适当比例的园林落叶堆肥可明显促进草花幼苗的生长。建议将园林落叶堆肥应用于草花幼苗的生产栽培。[Purpose] The aim of the study is to explore the optimization effect of garden leaf compost on soil physical and chemical properties and the suitable proportion and application effect of garden leaf compost as the seedling substrate for herbaceous flowers,thereby realizing the reuse of garden leaf resources.[Method] The decomposed garden leaf compost was mixed with garden soil at the volume ratios of 25%(T_1),50%(T_2),75%(T_3),and 100%(T_4) as substrates and 100% garden soil was taken as the control(CK).The cultivation experiments of Tagetes patula,T.erecta,and Dianthus chinensis were carried out to study the physical and chemical properties of the substrates with different formulas and the effects of the substrates on the seedling growth and development of three herbaceous flowers.[Result](1) The addition of garden leaf compost significantly improved the physical and chemical properties of soil,which varied among the substrates with different formulas(P<0.05).(2) Different seedling substrates had different effects on the growth and development of the three herbaceous flowers.T_2(50% garden soil+50% garden leaf compost) was the optimal seedling substrate for D.chinensis.T_3(25% garden soil+75% garden leaf compost) was the optimal seedling substrate for T.patula and T.erecta.T_4(100% garden leaf compost) had no significant effect on the growth or development of the three herbaceous flowers.[Conclusion] Adding garden leaf compost can improve the physical and chemical properties of garden soil.The addition of an appropriate proportion of garden leaf compost can significantly promote the growth of herbaceous flowers seedlings,and it is recommended to apply garden leaf compost to the production and cultivation of herbaceous flowers seedlings.
