摘 要:[目的]灰纹带蛾(Ganisa cyanugrisea Mell)是女贞属树种的重要食叶害虫,明确该虫的生活史、生活习性和取食行为,有助于科学防控。[方法]采用室内饲养与野外观测相结合的方法,观察灰纹带蛾不同发育阶段的形态变化及发育进程;依据Dyar法则,结合室内观测法确定幼虫龄期。[结果]灰纹带蛾成虫灰褐色或黄褐色,雌成虫体色较深,体型较大,顶角内侧至后缘具有2条明显并列的黑色亚外缘线。随着龄期增加,幼虫虫体刚毛逐渐增多;体色从低龄的浅黄色,逐渐加深为黑色;头宽、体宽及体长均显著加大,其头宽可作为灰纹带蛾幼虫的分龄指标。在(25±1)℃饲养条件下,灰纹带蛾幼虫龄期为7龄,完成1个世代需(98.67±11.70) d。[结论]在福州地区,灰纹带蛾幼虫发生于3月—5月、9月—10月,推测1 a至少发生2代,但该虫世代历期存在较大个体差异,也有可能发生3代;以幼虫的头壳宽度确定其龄期,具有科学性。建议采用人工摘蛹(卵)、灯光诱杀、喷施病原微生物和化学杀虫剂,以及应用天敌昆虫等方法进行防治。[Purpose] Ganisa cyanugrisea Mell is a major defoliator attacking Ligustrum spp.Understanding its life cycle,habits,and feeding behavior is essential for effective prevention and control.[Method] A combination of indoor rearing and field observation was employed to study the morphological changes and developmental processes of G.cyanugrisea during different stages.Dyar′s law and indoor rearing observation were employed to determine the larval instars.[Result] The moths of G.cyanugrisea are grey-brown or yellowish-brown,with females displaying darker body color and larger body size.Their forewings are distinctly marked by two parallel black submarginal lines extending from the inner margin of the apical angle to the posterior edge.The larvae exhibit an increasing number of setae and a deepening body color(from yellow to dark) as they develop.The head capsule width,body width,and body length increase significantly as the larvae develop,and head capsule width,in particular,serves as a reliable indicator for identifying larval instars.The larvae have seven instars when being reared at(25±1) ℃,needing(98.67±11.70) days to complete one generation.[Conclusion] G.cyanugrisea appear from March to May and from September to October in Fuzhou,and thus it is hypothesized that it can complete at least two generations within a year.However,because of the large difference in developmental duration among individuals,it probably completes three generations.It is rational to identify the larval instar based on head capsule width.It can be controlled by artificial annihilation of pupae and eggs,light trapping,spraying microbial and chemical insecticides,and application of natural enemies.
