面向日常生活文化的城市更新空间生产机制与价值效应——基于南京市小西湖街区的实证

摘　　要：近年来,文化导向型的城市更新模式越来越受到广泛认同,关注日常生活、留住“烟火气”、挖掘街区内生发展动力,成为新阶段城市更新的重要价值导向。本文以南京市小西湖街区的城市更新为典型实证案例,通过访谈、问卷以及网络文本分析等多种方式,探究面向日常生活文化的城市更新空间生产机制及效应。研究发现:以日常生活文化驱动的城市更新空间生产,主要是政府政治经济力量和居民日常文化力量双方互动的结果,日常生活文化可以在街区的后续运营中产生良好的空间、社会和经济效益。由此提出:在存量发展时代,保留并彰显原住民的日常生活文化,促成文化价值变现与街区内生发展,是文化导向型城市更新得以可持续发展的一种有益方式。In recent years,the culture-oriented urban renewal model has gained increasing recognition.Focusing on daily life,preserving the"smoke and fire"of local culture and and tapping into the endogenous development potential of neighborhoods have become key value orientations for urban renewal in this new stage.Taking the urban renewal of Xiaoxihu District in Nanjing as a typical empirical case,this paper explores the spatial production mechanism and effect of urban renewal oriented to daily life and culture through interviews,questionnaires,and online text analysis.The study found that the production of urban renewal space driven by daily life culture primarily results from the interaction between the political and economic forces of the government and the residents'everyday cultural influences.Daily life culture can yield significant spatial,social and economic benefits during subsequent operations within these neighborhoods.Therefore,it is proposed that in the era of stock development,preserving and highlighting the daily life culture of indigenous communities while promoting cultural value realization and endogenous neighborhood development represents a beneficial way for sustainable progress in culture-oriented urban renewal.
