摘　　要：针对全球化进程中西方建筑理念泛化引发的“千城一面”趋同化现象,本文立足地域文化传承视角,以南阳宾馆建筑更新为实证对象,采取文献研究与田野调查相结合的方法,梳理南阳“楚风汉韵”的文化基底与汉水流域地理特征,基于场所精神理论,提出“观河思贤·问鼎中原”的设计策略,创新性构建“三风一体”(即南都风范、宛城风韵、时代风貌)的城市风貌营建体系,解构城市记忆载体演进规律,系统探讨地域特色建筑的创新路径。在实践层面,通过继承传统营造智慧、重构空间叙事逻辑等手法,实现历史文脉的当代表达,为当代中国城市更新提供可操作的范式参考。In response to the phenomenon of homogenization caused by the widespread adoption of Western architectural concepts during globalization,this article focuses on the perspective of regional cultural inheritance,taking the renovation of Nanyang Hotel architecture as its empirical object.Through a combination of literature review and field investigation,this study examines the cultural foundation underlying Nanyang's"Chu style and Han charm"alongside the geographical characteristics inherent to the Han River basin.Based on the theory of place spirit,a design strategy of"Observing the River and Thinking of Talents;winning out from Central China"is proposed,and an innovative urban style construction system of"Three styles in One"(Southern Capital Style,ancient Nanyang Style,and era style)is constructed,to deconstruct the law of evolution of urban memory carriers,and to explore the innovation path of regional characteristic architecture systematically.At the practical level,by inheriting traditional wisdom and reconstructing spatial narrative logic,contemporary expression of historical context is achieved,providing a feasible paradigm reference for contemporary Chinese urban renewal.
