摘　　要：通过梳理我国未来社区建设相关理论和实践,探讨未来社区的概念演变及其在城乡建设中的应用,研究发现:未来社区的内涵经历了从“技术本位”到“系统整合”再到“数智赋能”的三阶段转型,数字技术不仅提升了社区管理效率,还成为推动社区价值创造的重要动力。通过案例分析,揭示了浙江七彩社区和成都青龙湖社区在规划与建设过程中如何实现空间、社会、产业及生态等多维协同,体现了从传统数字化应用到数智化赋能的转变。这一转型要求政策设计突破传统“项目制”思维,转向以培育社区自组织和数字生态系统为核心。最后,提出应构建数智融合的政策协同机制、搭建“三维交互”的数智赋能体系,并强化数字技术在空间赋能、产业赋能、治理赋能等方面的应用,以推动未来社区建设的可持续发展。By sorting out the theories and practices associated with the construction of future communities in China,this study explores the evolution of the concept of future communities and its application in urban and rural construction.It is found that the connotation of future community has undergone a three-stage transformation from"technology-based"to"system integration",and finally to"digital intelligence empowerment".Furthermore,digital technology not only enhances the efficiency of community management,but also serves as a crucial driving force for fostering community value creation.The case studies conducted on Zhejiang Qicai Community and Chengdu Qinglonghu Community illustrate how these projects achieved multi-dimensional synergy among spatial,social,industrial,and ecological dimensions during their planning and construction phases,reflecting the transformation from traditional digital application towards digital intelligence empowerment.Such a transformation requires policy design that moves away from traditional"project-based"thinking and shift toward fostering community self-organisation and establishing digital ecosystems as the core.In conclusion,it is proposed that a synergistic mechanism of digital-intelligence integration policy should be constructed,a digital-intelligence empowerment system of"three-dimensional interaction"should be built,and the application of digital technology in spatial empowerment,industrial enhancement,and governance improvement should be strengthened,so as to promote the sustainable development in constructing future communities.
